His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum He is the eldest son of the late Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Born in Dubai in 1987 . He was educated at Rashid School in Dubai and then attended the Higher Colleges of technology in Dubai, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree, and completed his postgraduate studies at the Canadian university in Dubai, where he received a master's degree in 2014.
