1. The candidate student / learner should continue studying in the current school year.
2. The candidate student / learner for the Award should get not less than 90% of the total of the subjects in the last three years.
3. Attaching 3 recommendation letters from the headmaster, teacher the parent and social specialist for the student and two letters from the center supervisor and a teacher for the learned on condition to be sealed with the school / center seal.
4. The passage of two tournaments since the last time the student / learner won the distinguished student Award.

1. The learner in the first and second primary rears should fill the forms of the distinguished student in the basic level of the first stages of the years (1-5).
2. The learner in the first and second supplementary years should fill the distinguished student forms in the basic level of the second stage for the years (6-9) and secondary school.

1. To be the oldest learner in the literacy and adults education centers and the females assemblies.
2. To spend more than three years or more in learning in the centers or the female assemblies.
3. To success in the year in which he is candidate for the Award.
4. To be committed to the continuous attendance without absence without excuse or with unacceptable excuse.
5. The learner age shouldn't be less than 50 years old.
6. To not won the Award in the previous tournaments.

1. To get "Excellent" grade in the last study years.
2. To not have won the Award before.
3. To perform his work tasks as a field teacher in the public and private education.
4. To represent one school, one studying stage and one educational zone.
5. The Ministry of Education consent (the private Education Administration) to work in the schools as teacher.
6. To not have won the Award as an extra-distinguished teacher.

1. To get ''excellent'' grade (90-100) in the annual technical report for the last three years.
2. To get the Distinguished teacher of Hamdan bin Rashid al-Maktoum Award for Distinguished Academic Performance.
3. To practice his work tasks as a field teacher in the public or private education.
4. To represent one school, one studying stage and one educational zone.
5. He may participate in the Award (the extra-Distinguished teacher class) annually except in the case that he had won it before then he isn't authorized to participate in it.

1. To get "Excellent" grade in the last two study years.
2. He may participate in the Award annually unless in the case of his winning, then, he won't be authorized to participate unless after two tournaments.
3. To practice his field work as social specialist in the public or private schools, while the psychological specialist shows practice his tasks in the public schools which follow the educational zone in which he works.
4. The social specialist should represent on e school whatever the multiply of its years and also one educational zone while the psychological specialist his nomination is limited to one educational zone only.

1. The presented program shouldn't be repeated or got Awards in other competition inside or outside the country.
2. The project should present one school whatever are their stages or present one educational zone and one central administration.
3. The educational zone and the central administration are authorized to participate with two projects as a maximum according to the numbers assigned to every educational zone.
4. The number of the projects shouldn't exceed one project only.
5. The project should pass the four scientific stages of the projects preparation (the idea and its development, planning, application, evaluation).
6. Enough periods should pass on the project application to allow its results to appear.

Note: The private schools which have more than one branch are allowed to participate with one project for each one of their branches.

The conditions of participation with the best scientific innovation :

The students of the public and private schools are authorized to participate with the best scientific innovation according to the following conditions:

1. The participations should be from the sixth year students to the twelfth year students.
2. One or two students only should participate in the innovation with the necessity of the existence of supervisor.
3. The innovation owner should be from one school or two different in one educational stage or one educational zone.
4. The presented innovation shouldn't be repeated unless it's modified or an essential development is applied to it.
5. The presented innovation shouldn't have got Awards in competition inside or outside the country.
6. The innovation shouldn't violate the law, morals or the public order.
7. The candidate student should the owner of the innovation idea and should sign by himself if on a statement with that.

The conditions of participation in the best educational research:

1. The research should be with a procedural nature related to studying a factual problem in the educational field in Emirates.
2. The research should include recommendations that achieve the practical and scientific benefit.
3. The research shouldn't get Award or another scientific degree or it was published or presented before in a conference or competition or seminar or any other destination.
4. The researcher should be from the ones who work in the educational field or participates with a practitioner in the field.
5. The researcher should commit to the scientific methodology.
6. The researcher isn't authorized to participate in more than one research.
7. The researcher is au theorized to participate in the Award annually. 

The writing conditions

1. The research should be printed with the computer IBM.
2. The research should be between 25-30 pages, size 4A, and Font shouldn't exceed 14.
3. The research should be documented correctly with considering the right scientific usage of margins.
4. The research should be written in Arabic and in the case if it is presented in a language other than the Arabic an Arabic summary should be attached.
    
   

1. It's authorized for the school and administration in the case of its winning to participate in the Award after two tournaments from its date.
2. The participation in the Award should be under the school name and not its administrative board.
3. The school should represent one educational stage.
4. The private schools which have more than one branch and under one name are authorized to participate in the Award with their different branches separately.
5. Attaching a letter that inform with the in existence of administrative violations (for the private schools) which are.
   Candidate for the Award from the private education administration for the last three years.
6. The ideal schools and their administrations compete away from the public and private schools and the literacy and adults education centers.
7. The school should attach a recommendation letter from the zone manager and the recommendation letter is considered as a condition for accepting the nomination from.

The conditions of the instructor participation

The Instructor is authorized to participate according to the following condition:

1. The instructor should head his work in the educational filed.
2. He should get "Excellent" grade in the last two years.
3. The candidate who didn't win the Award is authorized to candidate himself in the next year.
4. It's authorized to the one who got the Award to candidate himself once again after two tournaments.
5. The instructor should candidate through one educational zone or central administration.
   

The conditions of the family participation:

The family is authorized to participate in the Award if:

1. Father, mother and children together.
2. Father and children or mother and children (their roles should be mentioned clearly)
3. The speech should be limited to three sons only (under graduated) if the members number is more.
4. The family is authorized to participate annually, if it won the Award, ten, it wouldn't be authorized to participate unless after two tournaments.
5. The family nomination should present one educational zone and one school whatever are its son's schools.
   

The conditions of the educational zone administration participation.

1. It's authorized in the case of its winning to participate in the Award after two tournaments at least.
2. Participation in the Award should be under the name of the educational zone.

The condition of the central administration participation:

1. It's authorized for any central administration or any integrated administrative system that the number of its employees isn't less than 7 persons and doesn't follow any central administration to participate in the Award.
2. The administration is authorized in the case of its winning to participate in the Award after two tournaments.
3. Participation in the Award should be under the name of the administration.
