At the domain of exchanging experiences and benefiting from the developed technology system, the Award delegation with the presence of Mona Hammad the Director of the Financial Affairs Department and membership of Muhammad Elttenegi the Responsible for the Technical Support and Miriam Al Ali the Director of Technical Support Office visited Dubai Municipality to be acquainted with documentation electronic system, archives and central archival system . The delegation was received by Amena Muhammad the Director of the Documentation Department in the Information and Knowledge Administration .She presented an explanation about the electronic transferring program in documentation and archives which started by the Municipality in parallelism with the paper system until the beginning of the current year whereas it is fully transferred finally to archives. From her side, Mona Hammad praised the documentation system in Dubai Municipality, she considered it one of the developed programs which can be copied and applied in the Award.
